Well, maybe if my *job* was kickboxing instructor and working out for 6 hours a day, I wouldn't gain weight by eating pop tarts.

My nurse practitioner tried to argue with me that Dr. Atkins died in his fifties from a heart attack. He didn't, he slipped and fell on ice and bumped his head in his seventies.

What are some of the rampant myths about low-carb high-fat you see from so-called "professionals"?

  • I can't even tell my mom about my diet. She would worry and nag me to no end. Nothing I say or show her would convince her that Keto could be healthy.
