We're almost half way there!! And I'm driving today to go back to Ohio..... I think I need a vacation from my vacation!!

Anyways, here is the new thread for week #6........

    Have a safe drive, Teresa! I understand the vacation from vacation thing!!! Hope you had some fun, though:flowerforyou:

    SUNDAY: Just did yesterday's challenge exercises and I am making a vow NOW that I have to have a light eating day and NO WINE tonight!!! We had old friends come yesterday for lunch and a long visit...mimosas started the visit and then last night some different friends came over for "one glass of wine". Well, you probably know how well my day went from there:noway: :noway:

    SO...Today is a new day and I got my walk in too, so I am "on the wagon"...Have a good one everyone! :flowerforyou: Can't believe it is WEEK 6!
    But... I can tell from the exercises today that I am stronger and also my sister-in-law told me yesterday on our walk that my arms looked great! HA!!!!!!! Haven't heard that from anyone in a while....so progress is being made, even if the scale isn't moving:tongue:

    Teresa I hope you had a wonderful birthday visit with your friend.
    I really want to make some progress this week. I am really disappointed in myself right now. The weather has been bad here and so is my motivation..

    Today is my rest day and tomorrow I need to start working my butt off seriously.

    I need a weekend to recover from my weekend!

    It was graduation (my Masters degree) and my whole family was in town and there was eating out and parties and some walking but not enough ;)

    I did not do well with exercises last week and had some days over cals.

    Guess that's why I gained a pound back :(

    but it's a new week

    I'm ready to be a bit more successful this coming week! Still no weight loss.....and still just convincing myself that no GAIN is just as important as seeing a loss. It's not working LOL. But I am hopeful that upping my calories will make the difference, and hoping it doesn't make me gain a little before I start losing. I'm going to give zigzagging a 3 week trial run.

    LOL --- I slacked this weekend on the exercises - I'll still try to get to them -
    but not gonna sweat it - hubby is .... home (out of work??) and i HATE
    exercising in front of him -- so if nothing else - i'll double up on my miles :sad:
    HAVE A GREAT START TO THE WEEK - DO WHAT YOU CAN AND LEAVE THE REST TO GOD!!

    I am sure I was told/informed this b/4 - -but ....

    If you walk everyday can you use those mile/s on the googledoc spreadsheet???
    Do they get counted towards our --- ending mileage challenge???

    I really did no exercises this week other than Monday. I was so sore from them I couldn't move until Thursday! Plan to do better this week though.

    Im currently at work and cannot get on that site.... the blog should say WEEK #6.....

    Also, YES Musky - you can use any miles walked or jogged, or even on your bicycle toward your walking/jogging/running challenge... it's more of a mileage challenge... LOL.,..

    I just didn't feel very well today, so I skipped the exercises and will do Monday & Tuesday's exercises tomorrow.

    Hi gang!! I am on a roll today. I did both Monday and Tuesday's exercises today and did a little walk. I may even do another short walk later. Feeling good.
