If you feel you are one who maintains a healthy, consistantly paleo/primal diet, would you mind sharing your diary with me?
I know we talk about food a lot, and I know what it means to be paleo/primal, but I want to see what people are eating on a daily basis. Thanks!!!

Mine is open if you want to see it....just don't look at Saturdays...I did a Rugged Manic 5K and rewarded myself withe lots of blue crabs and a Beer-a-rita...
but go back through and you can see I eat a fairly consistant primal diet - a little half and half, some dark chocolate
I will go a week eating the same thing - i.e. I make a batch of egg cups to have for breakfast each morning - or like last week I made a big batch of faux tabouli so I had at least a cup of that everyday...
I keep it rather simple
usually some form of egg and meat protien in the morning (turkey sausage of some shape usually)
lunch a lot of times is leftovers if I have cooked the night before if not some form of salad with a meat protien and some veggies - if I remember my EVOO/Balsamic dressing it gets that
Dinner - some form of protien and veggies
Snacks - they vary - right now I am on a guacamole kick with baby carrots or red pepper strips...will usually have a fruit - an apple, orange or some berries, nuts of some sort (I caved and bought myself a back of Target dark Chocolate expresso nut mix - that stuff is evil) usually, when we have it my husbands homemade venison jerky
Lots of water - I dont' always track it but I get at least 75 ounces a day but usually more in the 100-125 ounce range
Coffee - I do have about 2 cups a day with some half and half or coconut milk.
I usually don't record olive oil and coconut oil I use in my cooking (like to saute or roast veggies) unless it is a measureable amount (like in salad dressing or as part of a recipe) - so I set my calorie goals down to reflect that i probably ingest 150 calories of good fats a day...0 -

You can look at mine...it's pretty good...I try to stay between 40-60 carbs a day....
I do eat dairy, in small amounts....and have dark chocolate a few times a week.0 -

Mine is public also. It's not perfect but pretty consistently paleo/primal. Experimenting with oats in protein shake the past few days...Weekends are usually trouble with family functions, I do the best I can. Several days in a row usually look similar based on groceries available and leftovers.0
