I love to eat Bread and Bisuits is there any recipes out there that are low carb and good for you.? Any help would be appriecated.

Google "Elana's pantry", she has a recipe for Paleo bread. Haven't tried it yet though.

Visit Maria's Healthy Nutrition blog. She has wonderful "bread" recipes. One of my favorite are her "Pizza Hut bread sticks." It also makes a great deep dish pizza crust!
