    I didn't do so great today .... ugh. Why is it so hard to get myself back "together" after I fall off the wagon?? Hehehe. :smokin:

    I'll try again tomorrow. It's good to be home though. Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes and safe trip wishes.

    I just didn't feel very well today, so I skipped the exercises and will do Monday & Tuesday's exercises tomorrow.

    Hi gang!! I am on a roll today. I did both Monday and Tuesday's exercises today and did a little walk. I may even do another short walk later. Feeling good.

    Under calories: NO and NO!!! (Not a good trend...doing fine all day and going over in the evenings:-( :-()
    Walking challenge: ran 2 miles yesterday & walked 1, walked 2 today

    Driving to a wedding in the morning for the weekend so away from my scale again. Don't know if I should just put tomorrow's number down or wait another week. As of today, I am just the same...not gaining and not losing. :ohwell:
