I know people are fans of the New Rules For Lifting for Women, but I'm wondering if anyone works out the Rachel Cogrove's Female Body Breakthrough book. It's the same philosophy (her husdand is one of the contributors to the New Rules), just a slightly different program. Just wonder what kind of success people might have had with it.

I've never heard of it, but I'm fairly new to lifting. But I will check it out, thanks!

Her views are pretty similar to her husbands. It' a good read, and worth the purchase/read, if you don't have the New Rules.. ;) I know people who've read it and follow the philosophies, or just to gain more info taught in NROL4W, but I don't know anyone who has followed the routine.

I enjoyed reading both, but have never followed either routine...

Her book is a few years older then New Rules and yes I love it! I had great results with it and it was got me really into lifting. The only reasons I got NROL is because of her husband being a co-author and I was ready for a change!
