kick start week - switching cardio and weights routine

Hi there, does anyone see a problem with doing the cardio in the AM and the weights in the PM? (the schedule says weights AM and cardio PM) i just wasnt sure if there was a reason that the cardio was always in the afternoon?

I think if that's a better schedule for you and will help you consistently complete Kickstart week, if won't matter. Whatever will help you do the workouts. When I was in week 1 (I'm in week 7 now), I did the workouts back-to-back, because if was almost impossible for me to workout at night. I still lost over 6 lbs the first week (and I didn't double the cardio workouts and didn't follow her eating plan). It's about doing what you need to do to help yourself be successful...0

Thanks Gerbies, i would prefer to get my workout done all at once, when one child is at school and the other and kindy in the morning and then i just have bub at home with me, so i might try it that way then! It is hard trying to do the second workout in the last afternoon when i have all 3 kids home0
