My Challenge for the week x

Nice easy one this week people... Have noticed alot of us (myself included) do not drink as much water as we should. So my challenge for this week is for us all to try to drink the recommended daily water allowance. Lets see if this has an affect on weight loss at the end of the week! x

    I like this challenge, i was just thinking today how i never meet my water goal anymore.

    ive been drinking coffee for days now and hubby pointed out that water would be more cleansing, so had a lightbulb moment for this challenge lol x

    Water is the 1 thing I got down but I can focus more on making sure I drink it on the weekends. Why does everything seem harder on those two silly days. UGH!

    I have not finished a cup of coffee in over a month. I get one cup every morning and drink 1/3 of it...at most. Ha ha. That is a good thing, right.

    Thanks for taking it 'easy' on us this week, 30 Day Shred is killing me after only 3 days..ha. Today will be day 4. Let's make this another great week.

    GREAT CHALLENGE!!!! I'm at about 6 right now and I'm finding it hard to get those last 2 in. Good luck everyone we can do this! :laugh: ***CHEERS*** :laugh:
