I've noticed that when I have to get up from the mat and jump into the next exercise I get dizzy and have to stop a second so I end up starting the next exercise late. Does anyone else get this?

I keep my weights on an elevated surface, I find that it reduces my dizziness to get up slowly and have them already at arm level instead of picking them up from the floor.0
