I saw this thread on the main boards but thought it might be interesting to find your "strength training twin" the person who is similar height/weight and strength.
I am 5'4" and 115
bench press= 60 lbs
deadlift=105 lbs
squat=75 lbs

I am not very strong, but working on it, doing starting strength 5x5

    I think we're very similar.

    5'3.5, 52.5kg

    Bench 35kg
    Squat 35kg - my squat is rubbish, can front squat only due to back issues so slow progress!
    Dead lift 60kg

    I'm about to start Stage 5 of NROL4W.

    I'm 5'9" and 156 lbs.
    Bench - 90 lbs.
    Deadlift - 95 lbs.
    Squat - 85 lbs.

    My lower body is certainly much weaker than my upper body....and I have so many "form issues" that I'm still working on correcting with the big lifts.

    Squat 175
    Deadlift 255

    You are almost my twin! I'm 5ft 7 and 165lb and we have the same bench, your squat and deadlift beat me by 10lb (2.5kg)

    Hya twin! What are your weight-lifting goals for the year? I would like to get a combined 300kg by the end of the year, which means adding 15kg overall. I feel like I've got plenty of room in my squat, when I last did my 1rm I didn't fail, my trainer stopped me at that weight. My bench is definately my weakest lift, so I have to work on that. I relaly think its my triceps holding me back on the bench.

    I'm 5'2 and 168-170 depending on the day lately.

    Bench: 80 lbs
    Squat: 115 lbs
    Deadlift: 115 lbs

    I've maxed out at 100 lbs for bench pressing. I'm hoping to bench that on a regular basis by the fall.

    I'm 5'4" and I'm 147 lbs. These were my lifts before I stopped focusing on strength gains:

    Bench: 105 lbs
    Squat: 175 lbs
    Deadlift: 200 lbs

    My goals are to get my BW down to around 120-130 and then to assess my strength again

    I'm
    5'6-5'7
    152lbs (depending on the stupid scales)

    I am not sure what I max at

    I did deadlifts once just playing around, but plan to add them now that I see how important they are

    Deadlifts-115lb

    I am gonna do Bench press and squat tonight and write down the lbs.
