I bought the book ,and would like to do the first workout, but the way it's structured is making me feel like a moron!
If I was to do the very first workout tonight, what would I do? :blushing:

The way I read it, you would do the Workout A chart, for stage 1, today. Then, the workout B one on Wednesday.
So Today
Squats , both sets
then push ups 1 set, seated row 1 set, push ups 1 set, seated row 1 set
then step up 1 set, prone jackknife 1 set, step up 1 set, prone jackknife 1 set
