    My co-worker ordered it. She was really excited about and it helped her get over her plateau.

    I ordered it, but don't have much to tell you about it though--I'm just in week two! But, I am very excited about it--there are a lot of bonus DVDs and equipment--more bands and a stability ball! I figured I would just go all out and get the whole thing! I like to have a variety of choices!
