    Day 8 for me! I'm not doing the whole 10 days on each level deal though.

    Week 1, Day 2 = complete. 217 calories burned. Didn't realize you could sweat so much in such a short amount of time...HOLY CRAP!!!! Thanks for keeping us accountable!!! Keep up the great work everyone!

    It should have been day 7 for me but I decided to have a night off as im feeling so burnt out at the moment, exercising everyday, working double my normal hours, packing to go home and completing my NVQ.
  • Level 1 Day 2 completed last night....Looking forward to day 3 workout this evening :p Thank god I'm not in as much pain as I was yesterday before my second workout! whoo :)

    Started level 2 today - wow, alot harder, but gonna be worth it in the end :)

    I was wondering about level 2!! I'm a little nervous!
