I have struggled with dieting, and I have trouble picking how much and what to eat without a strict routine! Does anyone know any detailed food regimes that I could follow? I have to eat between 1400 and 1600 calories a day!

I have the same problem. It is hard to stick to a calorie goal when there are so many foods to choose from everyday. I find it helps when I plan my meals and log them the night before. That way I know what I am going to be eating and have an idea of what time of day. I usually save 100 or so calories for the evening if I feel a binge coming on. Than I can have a 100 cal snack pack or a banana. Good Luck!0
