TIP: keep shoulders straight and if doing lunges without weights put both hands on your hips.. your body should be straight when you lunge!! Leggo Ladies!!

I usually do my squats and lunges with 30lb dumbells. I am doing these without weights. All I have to say.... Whoooo, my goodness! High reps low/no weights do burn!0
