I know this has been done recently but since it is something I struggle with every week.......This weeks challenge is Exercise minutes. The person with the most minutes wins. Good luck everyone. Challenge runs Monday thru Saturday.

Happy Memorial Day. My exercise was a little different today. I moved furniture and redid an entire room. Although I spent 2 hours doing it I am only going to count 60 minutes because it wasn't solid, without stop exercise. How did everyone else do?

Hope this isnt too 'personal', but I had surgery on April 24 (minor), and was told to keep my standing/straining to a minimum until the bleeding stops....and it hasnt yet....I thought on Sunday that it was going to, and then Monday it got worse again....going to see my GP tm, but not sure if she can help, but I FINALLY get to see the surgeon on June 15th, so if nothing else, hopefully she will be able to help me then.....I cant wait to get back to the gym.....0 -
