Got up early for the first time this week for a walk. I love getting my workouts done in the morning. It just sets my day off well and I have a easier time eating well0

just checkin everyones progress before bed then time to hit they hay!! oh and got super loads of cardio in since my 7 yr old had track and field today and had to keep up to a running toddler!! also got my situps done night0

way to go on getting up early!! i get up early but havent quite got in excercise in the morning yet0 -
I currently do 1 mile walking (video) and then a 2 mile walking (more cardio though) but will be adding the sit ups to the deal.0

I am trying to take my goals for June By the hand. I really don't think I will reach what my true goal is that of being down 14lb by end or june but going to try to get as close to that as I can.

Got in 40 mins of cardio with a combo of a 30 min walk on the treadmill going 4.0mph and then 10 mins on the stationary bike! IT was one heck of a workout and plan on doing my waking video at home too!0
