Does anyone remember the name of the spray that Kathy talked about on the first night that she used to spray on veggies? Or the name of the salt substitute she talked about in the second session?

    Liquid Aminos (bruggs) I think :)

    LoSalt is the salt subsitute and Braggs is the spray. You will find them in your list on the hand out under clean out your pantry. Hope that helps.
