June Goals!

Ok Ladies...May is almost over! I am trying to learn to take life one step at a time so I thought it would be cool to set goals for the month of June. If you would like, please post things you will try to do over the next month to improve your healthy life style. I'll start:
1. Not checking the scale the whole month. I check the scale way too much and I think going a month scaleless will let me see a bigger change and motivate me.
2. Shakeology for 30 days
3. Insanity for 30 days 5 times a week
4. Eat more fruit and veggies and only fish, chicken, and turkey
5. Limit my intake of bread, rice, and pastas
6. Loose around 3 pounds a week. I know 2 is safer but at my size 2 is easy. Also I have a trip coming up!
I think thats all for now

Okay I will join you by doing 1, 2, 4 and 5 of your goals that you have because they are the same ones that I have for myself. My aim is 2-3 pounds per week. I need to get back to P90X or do insanity, I have been walking and doing line dancing.Ok Ladies...May is almost over! Let's see:
1. Do 10 full pushups (I can do 4 right now)
2. Row 10000m on the rowing machine (this is about 70 minutes at my current pace) my current max is 7500m
3. Lose 1 dress size (fit into 14)
4. Finish 2 levels of Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 (not planning to follow the plan, since I am also doing another challenge with kettlebells. So that would be way too much exercise)
5. Do a "challenge" week at the end of the month, it would be like a "last chance" week using biggest loser lingo. Extra workouts, better food choices
6. Lower my 5K walking time by 10%
7. Deadlift 100#
8. Skip starches at dinner 5 days a week0 -
1. Be able to walk 5k at a lower time and run 1k ( walk at least 3-4 times a week)
2. Lose around 10 to 12 pounds this month
3. Try new home work outs (any advice is accepted)
4. Eat more protein and less pasta
5. Do more things to tone up
6. No more late night eating (no eating after 8)
7. Eat more vegetables
8. Have a more positive mind
9. No Fast Food!! Even though I only eat salads from fast food places I need to make my own.0 -
Hi, everyone...new to the group. Here are my goals for June:
1) Current weight is 171.6. I'd like to be in the low 160s by the end of June.
2) Be able to do 20 mins of interval training on the treadmill at 5.00 running speed.
3) See minimum of 3 inch loss in waist, arms, thighs individually.
4) Be able to do 15 pushups w/o stopping.
5) Figure out what to do with my workout hair. :laugh:0 -
Hi guys...let's see...my goals for June will be as follows:
1. Continue running/jogging 3-4 times per week
2. Increase water intake
3. Get into the 150's by the end of June!
Not too many...Iess is more for me, plus I'll forget what they are if I have too many.0 -
My June Goals are:
1. Exercise 5-6 days a week
2. Try not to weigh EVERY single day. Maybe once or twice a week max (REALLY difficult for me lol)
3. Continue limiting processed foods/ pastas/breads
4. More than 64 oz. of water a day.
5. 10-15 lbs of weight loss by the end of June. CW: 225, would like to be 210-215 by the end of June!0 -
Hi! I am new to the group. Here are my goals for June:
1. Walk/Jog/Run at least 4 times weekly
2. Lose 9 lbs. by June 30th
3. Drink 8+ glasses of water daily
4. Focus on logging daily and staying within MFP suggested calorie intake. *Not Toya's suggested calorie intake :laugh:0 -

1. Get over loving who I want to be and Fall in love with the women I am
2. Spend no less then 10 min doing something nice for me everyday
3. Eat a good breakfast
4. Drink 8 glasses of water daily
5. Do some form of exercise everyday
6. Make a to do list everyday
7. Charge my cell every night
9. Call my Bestie once a week
10.Write in my journal
11. BE HAPPY!!!!!!

3. Log in my foods daily without exception or shame

3. Drink 4 cups of green tea and 8 cups of water every day
4. Go to bed by 10pm
5. eat fruits,vegetables, smoothies, and morning star products and low sodium soups

Hi, I am new to the group just started last week.
My goals for June
Exercise at least 3 days per week for 60 minutes
Lose 15 pounds
Eat breakfast daily - (A huge deal for me I am not a breakfast eater).
Drink 5 bottles of water a day
Journal my food daily without fail.
Weigh myself once a week (A huge deal I am addicted to the scale)

Drink at least 8 glasses of water
Exercise 5 days a week
Begin the C25K program.

Newbie here.
My June goals are:
1. Stay far far away from the scale and simply measure myself once a week
2. Drink 9-10 glasses of water a day
3. Increase my exercise routines to 5-6 times a week
4. Love my current body even though I need to lose at least 10 lbs to be in the normal range again
