WIthout looking through all the sticky posts-am i to eat at my cut on days I lift and make sure to at least net BMR on other days? Or do I always go for cut and on lift days go to TDEE? Today was non-lift day. Just trying to remember! These numbers confuse me and not being a math person to begin with...I can get lost sometimes:)

TDEE -15% every day. :-) Only more if you net less than BMR on workout days. HTH!0
