O.K. all... here;s the challenges for this week...

1. Drink all 8 glasses of water. Yep pretty easy one so far.
2. 100 squats a day. yep A DAY.
3. 3 days of cardio this week. You determine the length of the workouts.
4. post something here so we all know who is in.

I updated the weigh in link. Weigh days are friday.

    Yippie! Today was a bad water day for me. I was super busy at work and no time to drink. But I'll rock the water tomorrow! I did my squats though. Easy as pie!
