            Sorry, late checking in but I'm here! Nice job to all of you...I see a few are "crawling" and that's awesome! You're not on the couch and that's what counts!
 My husband and I bought bicycles on Saturday!! Since moving to Florida in April, I've been dying to add cycling to my list of options for exercise!
 Sunday - Rode the bike to the beach and back after a nice break in the sand and surf. 23.5 miles.
 Monday - Did some serious housework and burned a bunch of calories that way but no mileage. :-) Except back and forth through the house. LOL
 Tuesday - Just finished a 14 mile bike ride. (It's addictive!)
 Total - 37.5 miles
 Nice, been thinking about buying a bike, might have to it soon. Only down size is the winter months here in the the midwest...0
