I just wanted to let everyone know that I ran a surprise 5k last Friday (June 1st!), and got a great time.. no stopping! That was half of my non-weight goal this month. Motivation!!0

I have been stuck at 162 for 3 weigh ins now... I changed my workouts last week and was SUPER sore, but still no weightless. Hopefully I can get into the 150's this month though!0 -

My weight seems to be the absolute lowest on Mondays. So weird. I should probably stop weighing myself everyday, but here's my June update since I forgot on Friday.

6/18/12: 122.6 (probably some water weight, but the lowest its been in months!)
I didn't run 3 times this week (just once) but I did a three power yoga classes. I need to get more running in though.0 -

progress: survived the hike (4 miles uphill, 5.9 miles down)! did OK on vacation, got some exercise in and shared most meals with my boyfriend. definitely drank a lot though. back and feeling good!0

I just joined this group. So since it's already the 22nd of June, my goal is to lose 2 pounds by the end of June (which is only next week! Eek! That's motivating when you think of it that way!).
My goal this week, is to work weights into my routine. I've been doing mostly cardio for the last 50 days, so I think it's time.0 -
I not only met my goal, but I also lost an extra pound. So I've lost a total of 3 pounds this last week with just working in my resistance band and weights! YAY! Feel very motivated to get into the 140's now. I'm at an even 151.0
