Ok, here are my results from completing the RI30:
Beginning Stats - 5/1/12
141.5 lbs

My results were not as good as they were with the 30DS, but that was my jumpstart program so I expected it. RI30 did not keep my interest as well either, but I think I am burned out on JM for a while! I also stuck to 1500 calories per day and did cardio 3-5 times per week for 30 minutes.0
