    Guys, I have a knee injury that causing me great pain so I'm going to stop exercising until I go to the doctor next week. I am so bummed about it. :sad:

    I am a new member to MFP ..taking up the chanllenge for June. I am using Leslie Sansone DVDs for past couple of weeks and fit was great walking at home...

    Goal : 60 miles
    so far : 5 miles
    55 miles to go .

    Can I join you guys again It's good to see so many still here. The last couple of months I've been working on my own because of time. But i think it helps if you have to report to someone. So I'm back. last month I completed 80 miles. I think I'm going to try it again for june.

    Goal - 80

    Before I had a heart rate monitor - I used "Walking 3.5 MPH Brisk pace" or Walking 4 MPH Very brisk pace.

    Yesterday was not a good day for me personally but did one of my favorite DVD's after water aerobics. Walk your Belly flat - 3 miler. Wish my belly was flat but alas, not quite there yet and have heard it's the last to go!

    GOAL - 60 Miles
    SO FAR - 15 Miles
    TO GO - 45 Miles

    any one doing c25k parallel to the June challenge ? I am planning to do C25K and June chalenge on alterntive days. I dont know if that is too much for me ..but I am giving a try.

    Hi:) a little late to the June party.
    My goal for June is 40 miles.

    I'm also doing the 30 Day Shred by Jillian every other day so I don't get in quite as many miles.

    I'm on track because I have 10 in this week--today I did 2 with the 5 mile fat burning walk (at least I think that's what it is called.....)

    I am tracking that as 5 mph because it takes 12 min per mile--do you think that sounds right as far as tracking? Thanks:)

    Wow! What a super groujp we have going!! Nice walking this week!

    I usually rest on Sunday but didn't get my walk in yesterday. Today I did the 5M 5 day slimdown, wow, it's pretty long 85 minutes but a great burn!

    GOAL - 60 MILES
    SO FAR - 20 MILES
    LEFT : 40 MILES

    Hello, I am new to this site and WATP DVDs. I started to do my own monthly challenge. I am glad I found this group so I can do it with others not feeling like I am working out alone.
    My Monthly challenge walk for 60 miles + to increase to 4 miles by the end of June
    6/1 3 mile for your abs - 57 miles to go
    6/2 3 mile for your abs - 54 miles to go
    6/3 off
    6/4 WATP 3 mile for ABS - 51 miles to go
    ‎6/5 Work out A 3 Mile WATP for ABS 48 miles to go
    6/7 off
    6/8 3 mile Denise Austin Blast away the pounds 2 miles- 46 to go
    ‎6/9 just 1 mile easy walk with Denise Austin 45 miles to go

    Tomorrow I go to water aerobics and plan to do some Jillian Michael's so went for 5 miles today. Did 2 Miles of the Just walk this morning and 3 Miles weight loss walk this afternoon.

    Good ole TOM got the best of me today and I had a double cheeseburger meal from McDonald's. Wish I could say it was digusting but it actually wasn't. LOL Oh well, I walked off about 1/2 of the calories of it today. Not good, but honestly, I don't feel bad. Just sharing. ha!

    GOAL - 60 Miles
    SO FAR - 25 Miles
    TO GO - 35 Miles

    Have a great week! See ya on Wednesday unless I chicken out with Jillian tomorrow and walk with Les instead.

    Oooooops, I have't been on this site for a week. Sooooooooooooo sorry:embarassed:
    At first my son came for a visit, then I was/am so busy with our garden and animals (no rain, watering badly needed) and on top of that I have to be careful with my right food.
    From my goal of 60 miles this month I was already down to 49.
    Minus 5 miles ( Fat burn walk) on June 7 and 4 miles ( Fat burn walk) on June 8
    40 to go
    When I'm walking the walk :wink: I can't do boosted walking because my sesamoid bones under the right foot are vey sore but it's getting better and I hope to be a fit walker very soon.

    I've only been able to complete 11.5 miles so far.
    I was sabatoged last week and this week is not looking any better either.

    I have VBS (vacation bible school) this week and although I'm getting exercise (dancing, singing, etc) it's just not miles walked :(

    I just found this group. I love Leslie Sansone walking DVDs and have been using them for years. My problem is figuring out how to log them in. Accorting to Fitbit and my heart monitor, I'm not even burning 400 calories doing the 5 Mile Fat-Burning DVD, so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. ANY SUGGESTIONS ARE WELCOME. (I JUST started using the Fitbit and HRM, so I may not have something set right?)

    The only DVD I've been working on recently is the 5 Mile Fat-Burning DVD. I completed the DVD the following days:

    06/01: 5 miles
    06/03: 5 miles
    06/04: 5 miles
    06/05: 5 miles
    06/07: 5 miles
    06/08: 5 miles
    06/09: 5 miles
    06/10: 5 miles
    06/11: 5 miles
    06/12: 5 miles
    Total Miles to Date: 50 miles
    Goal: To walk a minimum of 25 miles per week.
