Damn! Forgot to weigh myself this morning! I've eaten now and have a lot of water in me :sad:

As for the challenges, I've been doing much better on the water drinking over the last few days, and I ran just over 11 miles (did my 5.9 mile race in 59:37 - never thought I was capable of running so fast for so long!)
