Just did c25k w1d1 today and it was tough but i did it...Now just have to work on a better music playlist because its easier to walk/job to really high energy tunes

Did my second day and that was better than the first.
Jogging hurts my legs when i'm doing it but when its over i have no pain and actually have more energy.
Today is W1D3 and i'm looking forward to it
So far for me music is the biggest part in this
Good music i don't mind jogging, a song i don't like and i just get board immediately
Atm im using virgin live but i'm going to have to start downloading music so i only hear tunes i like0 -
