Hello, I am new to this site and WATP DVDs. I started to do my own monthly challenge. I am glad I found this group so I can do it with others not feeling like I am working out alone.
My Monthly challenge walk for 60 miles + to increase to 4 miles by the end of June
6/1 3 mile for your abs - 57 miles to go
6/2 3 mile for your abs - 54 miles to go
6/3 off
6/4 WATP 3 mile for ABS - 51 miles to go
6/5 Work out A 3 Mile WATP for ABS 48 miles to go
6/7 off
6/8 3 mile Denise Austin Blast away the pounds 2 miles- 46 to go
6/9 just 1 mile easy walk with Denise Austin 45 miles to go
6/10 5 mile WATP = 40 miles to go
6/13 WATP 5 miles 30 miles to go
I am enjoying this 5 mile walk it seems to go by quicker with the bursts0 -

Hi everyone, I love Leslie Sansone videos! My current plan is to walk 10 miles a day. I break it up into 3 walks:
Morning walk - 2 miles, 24 minutes
Afternoon walk - 3 miles, 36 minutes
Evening walk - 5 miles 60 minutes0 -

I have been going to water aerobics this week but did a 3 Miler today also.

Today I did the 2 Miles of Just Walk. Feeling a little sore since I have worked out 6 days in a row this week. Going to rest this weekend and get back on my schedule of Mon-Sat.

Im also going to join in half way through the month so going for 30 mile goal.
Have only got the 5 mile video (its on youtube for free people!) so doing this 3x a week, alternated with Jillian Michaels workout. First day tomorrow yessssssss! x0 -

Did the 10 min mile on the 4 really big miles DVD--but I did it after Jillian 30 day shred--should have done it before. I was going to do 2 miles but my legs felt like lead;0 lesson learned--do it 1st next time!
