The first weeks weight loss was so much I was afraid Iit was a fluke and my weight would be up again this week. So I'm happy with the more modest loss this time.

* Currently angry at my scale. This morning I initially weighed myself and it showed me 3 lbs lighter. Then after a few more weighs my loss became less significant. Apparently the Weight Watchers scale does that a lot.0 -
