calories burned during each work out???

I've recently joined MFP and so far I love it. I needed a way to track my calories/food alongside doing Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. I will be starting week 6 tomorrow and so far haven't seen much change in the scale, but certainly see myself toning up. I'm trying to track how many are burned during each workout - is this info somewhere. Suggestions for how to enter my work out in to the exercise portion of this site (ex. I did Cardio 2 today). thanks so much!

    The most accurate way to log how much you burn is to get a heart rate monitor. That's what I did to figure out what I burn in each workout. I find it helpful, especially since what people burn in each of these workouts vary. Otherwise you can log it as circuit training, but again that's a general estimate. Hope that helps!
