Holy Cow! Is it just me or is workout B a killer?? I just got home from the gym and I am already sore! My legs are jello. Usually I don't feel this way until the next day.

It is a killer! AND it took me an hour, cuz the gym was busy. I tell myself that once I get more comfortable with the new moves it will be better... But I did my 3rd stage 2 workout today, and A is delightful compared to B. But the good news - we only do it 4 times!!!
Hang in there our muscles will outshine those 4 silly workouts!!0 -
It took me a long time as well because I was trying to figure the exercises out.0
