W3D3 - A peronal high

Ran 10 straight minutes today! WOOT! A new high for me. I think it was about a mile. Then walked for 3.5 minutes, ran for 5 minutes, walked 2.5 minutes, ran 1.5 minutes...I was done! LOL My knees are not happy with me today, but I iced them when I got home and have 2 days off before the start of week 4.

Next week I'll do the regular W4D1 routine and then try to at least match the 10 minutes on Wed and Friday! I refuse to be scared of w5d3! LOL
