Can't fall off the wagon...

Usually, when I start a campaign to lose weight, eat better, etc., I run smack dab into fatigue, drama and emotional eating. Immediately after, I enter into the "screw it" phase. (I'm pretty sure it's called that, technically.)
Can you believe I haven't "emotionally eaten" once in 60 days? I find it crazy, myself.
In addition, I feel like I'm able to go forward, no problem - no "screw it/ fall off the wagon" phase... Because there IS NO WAGON to fall off of!
Lifestyle, baby. It's a lifestyle.

I really like this! There is truly no where else to "fall"! And even when we stumble, and overeat, we are giving our muscles something more to build on so that we can have an even better workout the next day!0
