    30 lbs is just about my halfway point of my total weight loss goal. I am new to this, so bare with me. SW?? CW?? I assume GW is goal weight...what do the other two stand for?

    SW = Start Weight When you started MFP ( MFP= My fitness pal)
    CW= Current Weight
    GW= Goal Weight

    If I lose 30, that should leave me with 26 more to lose to reach my halfway goal and then another 30 after that to reach my ultimate goal of 125-130 pounds. Plus I am getting married in the fall of 2013 and I would like to reach my goal weight by then!

    I think this will be a fun challenge. It will hopefully kick me into gear to drop this weight!

    I do home programs, along with going to the gym daily. I am doing Insanity right now and I am thinking about moving on to TapoutT XT when I am finished with Insanity. I probably won't start TapouT until the first of September.

    I just joined this site today by recommendation of my trainer. I have 45 pounds to lose and the October 7 date sounds realistic as a date to lose 2/3 of my goal.

    I am doing Jillian Michael 's Ripped in 30 followed by her Shred it with weights and then the original shred. Hopefully that along with walking and healthy whole foods will be enough. Except I am shooting for September. :)

    I am just starting - exercising a lot but still trying to figure out what works with food. It's been 10 days and I've barely dropped a pound.
