OMG I feel horrible...I'm part of this group but am rarely on a computer to check all the updates as my email settings were wrong...I definitely need you all so I will make sure to check back more often!! I'm working out tomorrow morning so if anyone else is up at dawn, know I'm working out too!!!!0

Don't feel horrible - we have all been there & maybe we don't always follow thru with the things we mean to! That is great that you are so motivated to get up early & work out - bet that energized your whole day! I am so NOT a morning person! But have been able to walk during my lunches this week & got outside today for some gardening. So, while I'm still in bed at the crack of dawn, I'm with you in spirit! Good luck!0 -

Happy Friday weigh in, well no loss or gain, staying on course. The exercise this week was not too good, trying to keep off the knee. I ran on Tuesday, I was off Thursday due to slight pain on Wednesday. I am going to run 3-4 miles tomorrow morning. wish me luck! I hope to see more of you next week, I realize it is a struggle....lets struggle and encourage one another We can do it! Ciao0

Lost 1 lb & I am really excited about it! Really tried to watch my portions this week & those end of day calories! Not as active as I could have been so will work on that for next week. NASCAR at Kansas speedway this weekend so will have lots of walking between parking lot & grandstand Good luck to all for a healthy week!0

Happy Friday Weigh In, no exercise for me this week, my knee started to act up so I am not running but I hope that next week will be better. I have gained another pound and so today, I want to counter that with drinking my water and watching my food intake. Have a blessed weekend! :flowerforyou:0

Happy Weigh In Friday, I lost 1 since my last weigh in. I super excited about this new Lindora program and exercise program, although it is challenging, I am up for it. I want to be Lean for Life.
Stay focused and positive today, motivation is the key to keep all us on the journey. I know you can do it just like I can do it!!!

Today is truly a glorious day, I lost 4 lbs since my last weigh in. It is the new eating program and exercise I am doing. Keep positive and focused this weekend. See you on Monday for our weekly goal setting plan. :flowerforyou:0

Today is my Friday weigh in after vacation, I am happy to say that I lost the 4 lbs I gained so I am back to my current weight. I worked hard this week with exercise and my food program. I am happy with my results. I am ready for the next challenge. Enjoy the day everyone, Ciao:flowerforyou:
p.s. My vacation was 5 days in Napa County at St. Helena, I enjoyed wine tasting and the countryside, truly a blessed time for me.0 -

Hi Everyone!
Today I lost 1 lb for the week. I have been under stress this week so my eating and portion control was a bit off. I am happy with the loss and looking forward to a weekend of new opportunities. Stay focused and positive on your overall eating behavior all will be come a habit and the weight will come off

Lost .2 lbs since last low weight which was a few weeks ago. Have been working hard to get thru C25K training & finished week 7 this morning :bigsmile: Big pat on the back to everyone who is sticking with this! We can do it:drinker:0
