Starting Paleo/Primal on Monday

I've been looking to change up the way I eat for a few weeks because I've hit a weight loss plateau for about a month now. In three months I lost 9lbs, going from 124lb to 115lb and now I'm stuck! I just don't feel as good as I did when I first began losing so I know my body needs another drastic change. I've already cut out most of my dairy, (I just cannot stand to lose my coffee creamer!) but I am definitely a carb junkie and I know that is the problem. I've been looking a marksdailyapple.com and reading up on that for a few days now and just made my first shopping list but I am looking for others to give me advice and food ideas as I know the first week or two will definitely be the hardest!!
