60 calorie chocolate peanut butter fudge (w/pic)

Ingredients:
One 18.3 ounce box of Betty Crocker Fudge Brownies - Chewy Brownie Mix
2 cups canned pure pumpkin
2 tablespoons reduced-fat peanut butter

Heat oven to 350.

Thow the pumpkin and brownie mix into a bowel and stir it until smooth.

Spray a 9X9 pan with nonstick and then pour in the mix. Then take the peanut butter and put on top, then take a knife and mix it around into the chocolate.

Cook for 35 minutes, then cool off. Once it's cool enough put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Cut into 36 pieces.

Per Piece:
65 calories, 1g fat, 57mg sodium, 14g carbs, 1g fiber, 9g sugars, 1g protein.

    It looks really good but I have one suggestion, it might be a good a idea to mix it in a bowl instead of a bowel first to eliminate that "poopy" taste. You can mix it in your bowel after they're done :laugh:
