if i lose 1.5 lbs a week which i think is fair i should be down to 145 by october

I lost another 3 more lbs this last week! If I continue to lose the weight like I have, I may be down 30 by August...and that's alright by me!! :happy:0

Well today was very disapponting, indeed! I have been doing the deal but took one day off for the 4th and appearantly that was enough to gain 3lbs back! I am very frustrated! :grumble: Not giving up though... I can and WILL do this!0

up 2 lbs... I have been very good too. I'm not panicking. I feel good and my measurements are decreasing. I am sure it is water weight and that "this too, shall pass". I can still do this! :ohwell:0

Oh wow. I just got serious about MFP despite being a member since May. I have quite a bit of weight to lose so I'm starting with small goals. I had decided that losing 10% of my body weight was going to be my first goal. I stumbled across this group immediately after that. It must be the universe telling me that I'm on the right track!
