I was searching youtube for how to do the exercises on the list..... But idk how I totally overlooked the pics and demonstrations on the website.. Smh.... Reading is truly Fundamental...0 -

Well I finally got to do my first day...I didn't get to do all the exercises, since I had to get back to work (I go to the gym on my lunch break) But, here is what I got done and will try and improve from here...
In-N-Outs 25

Cross Leg/Wide Leg Situps 10 each side
