The pain is finally starting to fade, but the ab challenge is still challenging... I'm still on 25 reps and its still taking me a munimum of 30 minutes to complete all 25reps... I hope to have increased my reps AND shaved some of these minutes off by the end of the week... We shall see...

My entire core area is sooooo SORE ... I'm really stuggling through these exercises 2day, but I refuse to be defeated. I can already tell that 2days challenge probably won't be done in one sitting :-\ ... BUT it will get done....Will update whn finished!!!

Woke up and decided to make this ab workout one of the 1st things on my to do list... I still was only able to do the 25 reps (with breaks in between), but I'm looking forward to building a stronger core.
