                    I'm starting a cut tomorrow. I will be incorporating more stand alone strength training in addition to c25k and my Jillian michaels circuit training DVDs. I noticed that adding in strength exercises into MFP that no calories burned are calculated. Am I fine to just rely in total time each week instead of worrying about calories burned? I just want to make sure to net my BMR. I'm nervous b/c I'm also upping my workout time from 1-3 hrs to 3-5 hrs a week. I want to make sure I'm doing this whole thing right.
