Fit Test Results for day 1 (for all of us)

Hey guys, I was thinking, we should all post our day 1 results tomorrow! Since we're all starting. What do you guys think?

    love the idea ! maybe we should do something like that every workout day ? sharing everyone how we felt ? how we progress ? and just keep tracking every day ?

    Tomorrow is day 15 (my second fit test) for me, but here are the results of my first one:

    1. Switch Kicks - 66
    2. Power Jacks - 46
    3. Power Knees - 50
    4. Power Jumps - 25
    5. Globe Jumps - 5
    6. Suicide Jumps - 8
    7. Push-up Jacks - 11
    8. Low Plank Oblique - 40

    Based on how my workouts have been going I definitely think I'm gonna see some better numbers! :)

    Also, good luck to you all who are starting! I made an Excel spreadsheet to record my fit test results, as well as my measurements for that day... it's a simple way to keep track of things for yourself.

    Just completed my second Fit Test! Amazing results compared to my first day! (Day 1 results in parentheses):

    2. Power Jacks - 52 (46)
    3. Power Knees - 85 (50)
    4. Power Jumps - 31 (25)
    5. Globe Jumps - 13 (5)
    6. Suicide Jumps - 17 (8)
    7. Push-up Jacks - 27 (11)
    8. Low Plank Oblique - 60 (40)

    Such a difference in just two weeks... I am pretty impressed with myself haha :)

    Oh my goodness! Day 15 results. The past 5 or so days have been hard for me because I wasn't feeling great, but not so bad that I shouldn't workout. I was really glad for the rest yesterday, though. But of course it makes it hard to return. Today was Fit Test 2 for me. Because of not feeling well, I didn't get up early enough to do it before my morning plans. I actually got on here about 45 minutes ago and read a bunch of your posts to motivate me to actually do it! I was scared because I wanted to see progress!! So here's the results... Listed as day 1 -- day 2
    Switch kicks:28 -- 39
    Power jacks: 25 -- 32
    Power knees: 60 -- 70
    Power jumps: 16 -- 20
    Globe jumps: 5 -- 7
    Suicide jumps: 5 -- 10
    Push up jacks: 0.5 --7 (I could only go down on day 1!!!! I couldn't even do 1, now 7!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
    Low plank oblique: 22 -- 28

    I am only down about 2 lbs in 2 weeks. And I took measurements too, down 1" in my chest, 1/2" in neck, 1/2" in hips, and 1 1/2" in waist.

    I think that's motivation enough for me to keep going :)
