July: What are your next steps for this month?

Hey Ladies,

Today is the first day of July. I would like to know what goals or actions you are taking this month to stay black and beautiful. As you know, small goals allow you to reach your big goal.

Here are my goals:

1. Lower my alcohol consumption by 50% --> I can't seem to resist a good drink after work and on the weekend. So my baby goal is to only drink on the weekends.

2. Incorporate one more day of ab exercises into my week--> Need to get that waist ready for Jamaica late July.

3. Get more sleep --> I have been averaging only 4-5 hours of sleep each day. i will push for 6-7 hours.

    I would like to incorporate some strength training into my routine.

    My daily routine consists of walking one hour for lunch and doing the Leslie Sansone's Five Really Big Miles DVD on the weekend.

    I use my Fitbit and average about 12,000 steps daily.

    Get back in the gym 4-5 times per week and stay within my calorie allowence 5/6 days per week.
