Hey friends. I just want to see if anyone else is doing this workout. Here's the PDF link http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/new/128-bodybuilding.

Jim has a lot of great lifting advice. How much luck have you had with his diet plans?

No such thing as a shortcut

    Sure, but I wouldn't count a 12 week program as a shortcut.

I'm doing S2S. Tomorrow starts week 7 for me.

I like that the program is set up for a novice like me to follow along step by step. There are videos on the bodybuilding.com website and he outlines the program nicely in a booklet and online.

Over the last seven weeks, I def see gains.

I'm not sure that any one program offers a big benefit over any other. It just kind of makes sense to me to work as hard as I'm able every time I work out. Just about every week I've been able to add weight or reps.

in 12 weeks, you'll gain about 1.5kg of actual muscle. maybe. no more than 2kg. if you're a beginner.
