    HI im 32 height 5 4.5" starting weight was 160lbs (11st 6lbs) size 14 just!
    weight now 144 (10st 4lbs) size 12/14
    Still a 14 on top but decent sized boobs so not sure wether i'll make a 12
    Goal weight between 127-133lbs (9st 1lb - 9st 7lb)

    Hi all,

    I'm 5' 8" and yoyo between Winter and summer weights anywhere between 140-130.
    I was at 130 before going on holiday and felt great in my bikinis.
    It was a great holiday... and now I'm 135 and getting back to healthier ways this week.
    My goal is to be 130 or just under because I feel and look best.
    MPF has taught me lots about high calorie values of some of the things I used to eat lots.
    I'm not too strict now but I'm much more aware of balancing diet.
    The biggest change for me is that I try to fit in some exercise most days.

    Hiya!! I'm 5'6, 154lbs (11st), 27years old and wearing a size 12. Was planning on going down to 10st, but may stop at 10 1/2 instead now and concentrate on toning up and getting fit, loving my body shape at the moment and don't wanna lose my curves!!

    Hi!

    I'm 24, 5ft 7.5, and 13st. Depending on the shop I'm 12-14 on top/14-16 on bottom. My goal is get down to at least 11st, and then reassess my goals depending on how I look then. I have a typical hourglass figure - which I love; I'd just like to lose some fat and tone up. Ideally, I'd be a size 12 all over.

    Hi I am 39.. 5'3 and at the moment I am 176lb (12 stone 8lb) have lost a few lbs since joining last week.. I am heavier than i was at 9 months pregnant with my daughter who is now 3.... Would love to get back to my pre baby wieght of around 10 1/2 stone :) x

    I am 5'4, 20 years old, currently weigh around 21 stone :( and clothes size is 26.

    My goal weight is 10 stone, i haven't been that weight in about 8 years, and dress size 12.

    My start weight in Feb 2010 was 248.7lbs, I now weigh 186.7lbs as of last week.
    My initial goal is 100lbs lost, so I'm working on getting to 148.7lbs and see how I feel when I get there. I've never been slim, so I don't really know what I'm aiming for at the moment, but I'm sure that will become clear as I move closer to my goal.
    I started of wearing a size 22, I'm now in a size 16. Been stuck at this size for a good few months now, so it's time to get the scale moving again and into the 14's!

    5'1 - 16st 9lbs - 23 - 18/20

    I want to get down to a comfortable size 14, and weigh around 11 stone, it's still considered "overweight" but honestly with my curves and all I don't want to go much lower! Plus I'm more focused on becoming healthy & fit than slim :)

    Im 5'9, 31 yrs old - Started at 20st 13lbs Size 24 - Currently 19st 2lbs Size 18 on top/22 on bottom (all going from the top half first)
    My target is 14stone / Size 16 - that mights seem big to some of you, but the last time I wore a size 16 I was 16!

    Im another hefty one, some of you are not alone!

    I am a smidgy 5ft 1"
    Currently i am 17st 12lb (god i hates typing that)
    clothes size about a 18-20 (depending on store)

    44" boobies 40" waist and some other obscene hip number :blushing:

    I used to be very fit and athletic until i shattered both kneecaps, and went from gym 4-5 times a week to a bit of physio 2 times a week, a bacon butty and shed loads of tablets for my newly aquired osteoarthritis :mad:

    The 'Arthur' as i like to call it, is fairly stable now, as is my rotund *kitten*, but that junk in ma trunk has got to go! :smokin:
