I find myself eating the same foods over and over. Mostly because I prepare food for 3 to 4 days at a time. I'm not tired of them but would like to know what others eat frequently, Plus new ideas.

I used to eat Almond and Cashew nuts a lot. I gained weight because I couldn't stop eating those. Therefore, I need to have a control over those nuts or I'll gain really quick.0 -

5-chicken breast (Costco...but the moose makes up for lack of hormones, lol)
