Well, my date Friday night was kinda boring honestly. He seemed so OLD, and that is not meant that he IS old at 44. Some people just aren't living life! He was a nice guy, but at the end of the night, when I kinda cringed inwardly at the thought of kissing him (thankfully we just hugged), I knew I couldn't do that again, haha...

The rest of my weekend was recovery mode from an exhausting week. I even took a NAP. My friends would be shocked since that's the first one in years, haha!

I got a ton done around the house though... it smells like Pine Sol :) And chatted with a lot of interesting men off POF... though I think I realized one has a stocking fetish AFTER we had already exchanged emails outside of the system, etc...

Friday night I worked - designed and sold a kitchen - Hoorah!!

Saturday - I went to a local music festival. Danced, chatted and drank copious amounts of wine !! Back to mine to wash it all down with a few shots of Sambuca!! Mighty fine day!!

Sunday, I watched Murray lose in the tennis final. And cried my eyes out listening to his speech at the end......awwww

Happy birthday Amber, congrats lilfurson. Anna, I love sambuca and was impressed by Murray's speech, too. Friday, I went on a lunch date. It went great. We are meeting for lunch tomorrow too. I'll set something up for a "real" date sone but her birthday is this weekend and her family has plans for her. Saturday, I went for an early morning run and felt like I was going to die. It was 91 degrees with 75+% humidity when I finished at 9:00 am. I texted back in forth most of Saturday afternoon with the gir from lunch Friday. Somehow we got on the topic of her fixing me breakfast. I think that's a good sign! Satuday night was good and bad. A girl I work with, who is also in my running group, asked me if I wanted to go see another running members band play. I told her our security guard from work was performing a stand up comedy act and I was going to do that first. She came along and got way too drunk off three glasses of wine. She was talking too loud to hear the headliner and then passed out. She wanted to go by the bar with the band but passed out in my car and I couldn't get her up so I took her home. When I got her to her place, she couldn't remember if we went to see the band or not. It was weird. I've never seen anyone that out of it from 3 drinks before.

Sunday, I pulled weeds in my backyard, took a walk, rode my bike and goofed off.

Friday night went out with my cousin to dinner and then grocery shopping.

3 of my cousins and I + a friend went to Misquamicut (ocean in RI) for a girls day/night. So we spent the day on the beach and then went out for the evening....dinner sucked--their veggie was "fried green beans"--that was it no other choice, then came up with sid e salad...it was bad, but then we went to see a band and had fun with that--my one cousin danced the night away--of course, she had started drinking by noon so she was in her own world :)

We came back Sunday and relaxed most of the day.

I had a great date Friday night! we went out for dinner and then sat at my place and talked until 3:30 am. There was such a connection there. We are seeing each other again this Friday.

Unfortunately on Sat. I held my Aunts hand as she lost her two year battle to cancer :(

On Sunday I found a sympathy card on my car windsheild from my friday date ... he didnt want to wake me in case I was actually sleeping .....

    Happy Birthday!!!

Well on Friday I just hung out with sister. I texted all night with the guy I went out with on 4th of July and completely lost interest. He was nice but I didn't feel sparks in person although there were moments I wanted him to reach over and kiss me. He's interested as he kept communication after the date and all and even mentioned going out again but eh.
Saturday I hit up kickboxing and Zumba! Tons of fun!!! Then I had a date with Itallian Stallion. He took me to dinner then we wanted to get drinks but couldn't find a place so we were going to meet up with his friends in a nearby city. We got there and walked around and then sat down on a bench by the water. It was super romantic and his pretty blue eyes were looking into mine and he kissed me. :)
It was a good time for sure. He seems really interested and has already asked me out for Thursday and Saturday nights. I'm definitely taking things slow though. I just got here so I want to see what's out there. But so far Italian is a hunk and we both kept smiling and blushing all night long.

On Sunday I went to church and hung out with family. I have all these young cousins whom I'm taking to Zumba tonight. It's going to be a laughing fun time!!

Friday - sicker than a dog with food poisoning but I managed to get out to the airport (2 hours each way) to get my girls. Whoo hoo! 5-weeks without the girls was much too long. Had roughly 11-13 (I lost count) girls 10-14 over for a slumber party that actually is still going on because there are still 3 + my 2 at my house. LOL

Saturday - nada - worked out - made some strength gains with my weights so now I get to up them.. STOKED!

Sunday - hung out with a guy I date when he's in town. Went jeeping in the desert... partially rolled his jeep into a rock cliff and it busted out his rear side window and really gouged up the side of his new jeep. When I say new I mean Moab Industries 2012 edition - four months old. LOL He didn't care.... he's got cash to burn so he just laughed it off. He left to go back to Oklahoma today. I'll see him in a couple months if I don't have someone steady by then. LOL

Tonight - going out with my firefighter friend. Just low-key dinner and then back to my place where he's going to teach me and my youngest to play chess. Fun.

Definitely don't... I have to let it roll off as well when they talk of old ladies 40 and over. Crap, I'll be 40 in a month. Youth is in your mind and heart... Defy your age -- heck, mock it!

Friday I ran my C25K Week 5 day 3 (20 minutes straight) for the first time. That felt AMAZING! Went out to the club (WASTE of time!).
Saturday I went to traffic school and some cleaning around the house.
Sunday I went to church, got a guys number (let's see if anything comes of that),and did Dim Sum with some friends (not worth it :/ ).

    Uneventuful...
    Hoping next weekend is better!

Made my way back to the US, arriving into Pensacola late Saturday night. Caught up with the gf. Drove back to my apartment on Sunday afternoon. Working in Arkansas this week, but pining to get back to Pensacola for next weekend.
