So the scale hasn't budged in the last week.... BUT!!!!!!..... My shirt that I put on for work this morning was WAY too big... I had to put on one of those cute little belts that skinny girls wear around their upper torsos to make the shirt look even halfway decent!!!! The scale officially means nothing to me... it's all about resultS!0

I think losing 1lb a week is great but may not be enough for this challenge! Only 8 weeks left to lose 18lbs?! Yikes, I had better step up my game! Getting into the 160s would be an amazing feeling, so I just have to push for it!0 -

That is great!! I noticed the same thing...I like to see the number at times, but inches don't lie!

Sorry I forgot to post week one
but since I joined I've lost 5 lbs so I'll just say it was 2.5 week one and 2.5 week two
I have been back to my killer workouts (hiking mountains and moderate to extreme mountain biking) I have also been very very good and careful with my food - measuring and logging.
