Just finished day 5 lvl 1. Did the pushups against the wall but kept up with everything else. Yahoo!!0

Day 4, level 1 done. Not as sore today and am almost able to to use my 5lb weights throughout (still need to put them down during last exercise, 2nd set.)0

Day 5 Level 1 done! I put in 10 hours at work today, so I'm really proud today for doing it when I got home since I wasn't able to fit it in this morning before work. Way to go everyone!!!!0

Day 6 level 1 done!...even found a workout buddy tonight. I am so happy the soreness lessens each day...today I could feel what I worked during yesterday's workout, but wasn't uncomfortable.
