So far so good, down 6 lbs in 2 weeks. The best part is not feeling those crazy hunger pangs, or blood sugar spikes and drops.
Looking for like minded peeps to share support as we go through this journey!

You, and anyone else, can add me also. I'm fairly new to it as well0

Add me if you want. I'm looking to lose over 150 lbs total just by eating primal. I've lost almost 30 lbs in 2 months since going totally primal. Though I need to kick my larabar addiction since I'm trying to lower that carb ratio dramatically.0

Hey guys! Started Paleo today, looking for recipe & start up support! Any suggestions?0

www.paleOMG.com
The girl that blogs for paleOMG isn't only a genius in the kitchen. She's hilarious.

Paleopot for all your crockpotting needs.
I've found having a crock pot to be the easiest way to cook paleo.
Also be really encouraged because I was steadily gaining before I went paleo (3 months ago) and I had reached 350 and was still climbing and as of today I'm 307 even. I've been losing steadily at about a rate of 4.5 pounds a week.0 -
I'm new to Paleo/Primal and pretty much adopted the diet because I had to - I have Celiac disease and also can't tolerate any grains, lactose, soy, legumes. Going Paleo was the only way I could halt the rapid weight loss that resulted after accidentally eating wheat flour a couple weeks ago. I guess I'd say that I'm a total convert! I feel a lot better and have more energy since I started eating this way.0

Hey, there. I'm new to myfitnesspal, but have been eating a 90% Paleo diet since February. Previously I did Weight Watchers, but was dissatisfied with the lack of healthy eating...or lack of stress upon eating healthy. It was all about counting points, not necessarily what you actually put into your body. I've done well with Paleo so far, and I really understand how it works. I love eating this way and plan on doing so forever. I've always been a food journal person, but once I started Paleo, I stopped doing that for whatever reason. I would like to increase my weight loss, and we all know that means keeping track of calories in...calories out. I love myfitnesspal so far! It makes it so easy. I would love to be "friends" with some Paleo/Primal folks so we can support our unique way of eating. Looking forward to giving and receiving support.0

I'm also looking for like minded friends! I will add you. I have been eating paleo since January and Crossfitting since 2010.0

I have been on Paleo/Primal with my wife for appx. 6 months. I am more of Paleo and my wife is more of Primal.
If you are so curious with my diet plan then please add me so you could view it. I eat bacons almost everday (not this week but close enough :P ). I strongly encourage people to incorporate bacons into their diet because it is producing a BIG result.
I am getting into the crossfit thing. I love it!0 -
Hey, I'm new as well and in need of support. Please add and I will do the same. I've been doing Paleo since February and love it! I have lots to offer as far as advice and resources for those that have just recently started Paleo.0

All of you can add me!0

I am new here too! I have Celiac disease, and have found that I am extremely sensitive to most grains. So I am going to adopt the paleo way of eating. I have found that I don't have any issues with meats, veggies, or fruit... so that is where I am staying. I am okay with cheese in low doses, as well.
I would love some more friends!0 -
I'm on Day 3 of my healthy reboot. Just beginning to slide into a Paleo lifestyle. I used to eat more along these lines and loved it but along the way succumbed to the dark side Now it's time to get back on track with MFP to track calories in and out and ease back into a regular exercise habit. I started my own business 4 years ago and ate all my stress and I have nearly ~ 50 unwanted pounds to show for it. I know getting healthy again will take time and I believe adding some like-minded friends to share ideas, tips and encourage one another will help. So I will be adding all of you in the days ahead and look forward to being on your cheerleader squad.0

Hi all. I've been doing Primal for the past two weeks, and have been pretty obsessive about it. I've really enjoyed www.paleOMG.com and www.nomnompaleo.com for ideas and inspiration.
I'm trying to restrict my calories to under 1200, working out 3-4 times per week doing functional fitness... and since I started the diet I'm hungry and permanently tired. I thought I would have an energy boost on this diet (no carb comas) but I feel the opposite. Definitely have periods of feeling low blood sugary, and yet I know I'm getting plenty of carbs from fruit and some of my veggies. I'm wondering if this is just a "carb flu"? Feel free to check out my food log... maybe I'm doing something wrong?
I would love to friend others who are just starting out, or have been doing it a while and can share their experience.0 -
I've been mostly paleo for nearly a year now and am leaning a little more primal right now to get my protein numbers up. I'd love to find some great paleo/primal friends!0

I just discovered Paleo and on day 2 of my new journey. Also looking for friends and like-minded peeps0

I had an appt with my Dr on Tuesday and when I saw her and discussed my diet and protein, she told me to start eating alot of fish, meat, chicken, egg whites. She wanted me to be not less than 90g of protein per day. I have a friend that lives 80/20 the Paleo life. He suggested I try this group and I did. Now I'm looking for more friends that can help me start this way of living healthy and will share their recipes with me.
Please feel free to add me. Thank you for your support.0
